Button ------------------------------------------ This button will "STOP" the entire deleting process and close the delete window down. The files that were not deleted will still appear highlighted in the active directory window. -EOF- 601 ------------------------------------------ DELETE Warning: 'SKIP' Button ------------------------------------------ This button will skip the file that is about to be deleted. The file will remain highlighted once you return back to the Directory Windows. -EOF- 602 ------------------------------------------ DELETE Warning: 'ALL' Button ------------------------------------------ This button will start the deleting process and delete every file that was marked in the active directory window. Previously skipped files will not be deleted and will remain highlighted when you return back to the Directory Windows. -EOF- 603 ------------------------------------------ DELETE Warning: 'CONTINUE' Button ------------------------------------------ By clicking the Continue button the file will be deleted. -EOF- 605 ------------------------------------------ SPACE Warning: 'ABORT' Button ------------------------------------------ This button will cancel the operation you originally clicked on. Try freeing up some disk space on the target, or using a different disk. NOTE: A Disk Change feature is available during this operation to give you the opportunity to change disks and continue. The Disk Change feature also gives you access to the Format command. -EOF- 606 ------------------------------------------ SPACE Warning: 'CONTINUE' Button ------------------------------------------ By clicking this button you may experience disk space problems on the target during the operation. NOTE: A Disk Change feature is available during this operation to give you the opportunity to change disks and continue. The Duplicate Window will not pop up again. -EOF- 615 ------------------------------------------ DUPLICATE FILE: 'REPLACE' BUTTON ------------------------------------------ This button replaces the duplicate file found in the Non-Active Dir Win with the file found in the Active Dir Win. -EOF- 64 ------------------------------------------ Directory Window 1 Information Bar ------------------------------------------ This is the information bar for Directory Window 1 (dir win 1). Only 3 types of information is placed here: (FAR LEFT) This is the drive name. It can be A:, B:, C:,etc or it can be the name of 1 of the 24 drive buttons (located at the bottom left portion of the screen). This tells you exactly what drive owns the contents of the Dir Win. (MIDDLE) This area shows the highlighted file tally size in bytes. If you have any highlighted files and directories in the Dir Win, the total bytes for the high- lighted files will be shown here. A + (plus) sign is added to this tally if an undertermined directory size has been highlighted (Use GETSIZE to determine directory size). (FAR RIGHT) This area displays the current drive's free space in bytes. -EOF- 66 ------------------------------------------ Directory Window 2 Information Bar ------------------------------------------ This is the information bar for Directory Window 2 (dir win 2). Under the heading FILE SIZE, the sizes for the adjacent directory/file name are placed here. The sizes are in bytes. Under the heading FILE DATE, the date for the respective file is placed here. The date is in the MONTH-DAY-YEAR format. note: Sometimes you may see a highlighted file date. This is due to the file meeting the NEW FILE SINCE XX DAYS which was set in Options. This is to inform you that the file is NEW. If you double click a DIRECTORY name, you will enter that DIRECTORY and be shown the contents of it. The path in the Dir Win Path Box will show the new path. You can use the PARENT button to return back to the previous directory path leaving the directory you entered. If you double click a FILE name: + The file is checked if it is an executable file (.EXE, .COM, .BAT extension). If an executable, it will be launched. + The file is checked for a .VOC or .WAV extension. If so the file is considered a a sound file to hear and is auto played. + The file is checked to see if it is a picture to view (.GIF or .PCX file). If so, the picture file is autoviewed. + If none of the above, the file is viewed as a BINARY/ASCII file in the View Screen. Here's a little trick: By clicking on a directory name in the Active Dir Win and then moving your mouse to the Non-Active Dir Win and double clicking the right mouse button, you can enter the directory name selected in the Active Dir Win on the Non-Active side. By clicking on a non-directory name and doing the same procedure, you can have the Non-Active Dir Win in the same path as the Active Dir Win. -EOF- 32 ------------------------------------------ Directories/Files Area For Dir Win 2 ------------------------------------------ This area is the Dir Win 2 Directory/Files Area. Scrolling of this scroll bar is available only when the Dir Win Directory/File Area file count exceeds 30 files. You will know this right away when the scroll bar is smaller than the set area for it. There are Up/Down Arrows near the bottom of the scroll bar. You can left mouse click them to scroll the bar up/down as well. A little trick to move the scroll bar up/ down is to position your mouse cursor in the bottom half or top half of the Dir Win and click your right mouse button. The scroll bar will move up/down as long as you hold your mouse button. To move the scroll bar up/down while highlighting many files, move your mouse button to the first file to highlight. Click the file with your left mouse button and without letting go, drag the mouse up/down. Once you hit the Dir Win border, the scroll bar will automagically scroll while you are still highlighting! You can also use the keyboard keys: + Page Up : to jump a full screen up from your current pos + Page Down: to jump a full screen down from your cur- ent pos + Cursor Up: to scroll 1 file name up + Cursor Down: to scroll 1 file name down + HOME : to go to the very top of the text file + END : to go to the very bottom of the text file -EOF- 72 ------------------------------------------ Directory Window 2 Scroll Bar ------------------------------------------ This scroll bar, when clicked and dragged by the left mouse button, will scroll through the Directories/Files which Dir Win 2 has in it. These icons are capable of launching/running your favorite programs with a simple double click of the left mouse button. The icons can be moved around by you. Simply clicking and holding the right mouse button on an icon, then dragging your mouse around will get the icon to move with your mouse pointer. Letting go of the right mouse button will drop the icon. Swapping icon positions is done by moving one icon on top of another. Pick up an icon, drag it and drop it on top of another icon. If the icon you desire to swap with is on the other page, while still holding the right mouse button (and moving icon) go to the Paging Arrows to the far right of Icon Window. Click the left mouse button on the desired direction and you will immediately see the next page of icons. Go to the correct spot and drop the moving icon on the desired location. The far right side of the Icon Window reveals the Paging Arrows. These 2 buttons Page the Icon Window from Page 1 to Page 2 and vice versa. It is used if you have more then 8 Icons in the Icon Window. This helps you get to any of the 16 total icons. Small blocks appear in the very top left and very bottom right of the Icon Window. Once you see these small blocks, they tell you that this is the 1st page of the Icon Window (very top left) or last page of the Icon Window (very bottom right). You create the icons in Icon Options. -EOF- 74 ------------------------------------------ Drive Buttons ------------------------------------------ This is a Drive Button. It holds a path which when clicked on, this path gets passed to the Active Dir Win and the path is loaded up and quickly you see the directories/files for the path appear in the Directory/File Area. The Drive Buttons give you a mouse click away access to long path names. With just a mouse click on the Drive Button, you can be in a favorite directory just like that! Drive Buttons can be created in Button Options. -EOF- 68 ------------------------------------------ Quit Bobby Button ------------------------------------------ This is the Quit Bobby button. If clicked on, you will be faced with the Quit Window which gives you 4 choices: + Quit Bobby - This will close down Bobby returning you to the DOS prompt. + Return to Bobby Main Screen - This will close down the Quit Window and you will be returned to the Main Screen of Bobby + Shell To DOS - This will jump you to the DOS prompt where you can enter DOS commands. You are placed in the path that you were in just before entering Bobby. + Shell To DOS+ - This will jump you to the DOS prompt where you can enter DOS commands. You are placed in the Active Dir Win's path -EOF- 69 ------------------------------------------ Tech Info Button ------------------------------------------ This button brings up the Tech Info Window which reports some technical information about your machine. Information includes: - Free Memory Breakdown & Total - Current Drive and Total Size - CPU Type - Peripherals you have -EOF- 70 ------------------------------------------ Option Screen Button ------------------------------------------ This button, if clicked on, will bring up the Options Screen. The Options Screen will allow you to change all the configurations of Bobby, from the Dir Win startup directories when Bobby first pops up to creating new buttons/icons. -EOF- 73 ------------------------------------------ Drive Button Scroll Bar ------------------------------------------ This is the Drive Button scroll bar. The drives, which are located to the left of this scroll bar, can be scrolled from Drive #1 to Drive #24 if you use your left mouse button and drag the scroll bar. The Drive Buttons to the left will scroll and show the new Drive Button(s) everytime you move the scroll bar. -EOF- 144 ------------------------------------------ Speaker Button ------------------------------------------ This is the Option Screen's Speaker sound button. If ON (highlighted), and if an error/warning occurred, your computer's speaker will make a beeping sound to inform you that something interesting has occurred. Usually an error/warning window is popped up. If the Speaker Button is OFF (not high- lighted) errors/warnings will not be heard. This button is ON by default. -EOF- 187 ------------------------------------------ Flash Screen Button ------------------------------------------ This is the Flash Screen button. If ON (highlighted), and if an error/warning occurred, you will see your screen FLASH to inform you that something interesting has occurred. Usually an error/warning window is popped up. If the Flash Screen button is OFF (not highlighted) errors/warnings will not cause any screen flashes. This button is ON by default. -EOF- 146 ------------------------------------------ Delete Requestor Button ------------------------------------------ This button, if ON (highlighted), will pop up a CONFIRMATION WINDOW if you use the DELETE command on highlighted files. This Confirmation Window will allow you confirm the requested deleting action. You will be able to abort or continue with the delete request. If the button is OFF (not highlighted), and you select DELETE, the files will be deleted right away with no confirmation. This button is ON by default. -EOF- 148 ------------------------------------------ RGB Color Adjuster ------------------------------------------ This is for adjusting the Red Green Blue settings for each of the 16 colors which Bobby uses. Just select 1 of the 16 colors to the right and then adjust these RGB Color adjusters to change the color. Raising the scroll bar of the RGB adjusters to higher levels increases the RED GREEN BLUE intensity in the color. -EOF- 151 ------------------------------------------ The 16 Color Palette ------------------------------------------ This is 1 of the 16 colors which Bobby uses to display all its visuals. You can alter these colors with the RGB Adjusters. You can select a color by using your left mouse button on one of the box colors. -EOF- 167 ------------------------------------------ Directory Color ------------------------------------------ This button is used to help set the color for Non-Highlighted Directories in Dir Win 1 and 2. If you click this button, you will see the color for Non-Highlighted Directories appear in the far left side of the RGB Adjusters. You now can select any of the 16 above box colors. The color you choose will be the new color for Non-Highlighted Directories in Dir Win 1 and 2. ie. If you select color BLUE, on return to the Dir Wins, your non-highlighted directories will be in color BLUE. -EOF- 168 ------------------------------------------ File Color ------------------------------------------ This button is used to help set the color for Non-Highlighted Files in Dir Win 1 and 2. If you click this button, you will see the color for Non-Highlighted Files appear in the far left side of the RGB Adjusters. You now can select any of the 16 above box colors. The color you choose will be the new color for Non-Highlighted Files in Dir Win 1 and 2. ie. If you select color BLUE, on return to the Dir Wins, your non-highlighted files will be in color BLUE. -EOF- 169 ------------------------------------------ Highlighted Directory Color ------------------------------------------ This button is used to help set the color for Highlighted Directories in Dir Win 1 and 2. If you click this button, you will see the color for Highlighted Directories appear in the far left side of the RGB Adjusters. You now can select any of the 16 above box colors. The color you choose will be the new color for Highlighted Directories in Dir Win 1 and 2. ie. If you select color RED, on return to the Dir Wins, your highlighted directories will be in color RED. -EOF- 170 ------------------------------------------ Highlighted File Color ------------------------------------------ This button is used to help set the color for Highlighted Files in Dir Win 1 and 2. If you click this button, you will see the color for Highlighted Files appear in the far left side of the RGB Adjusters. You now can select any of the 16 above box colors. There must be a startup path for this to have any effect. If there is no startup path, startup pattern is ignored. If you don't enter any startup pattern but have a startup path, ALL will be assumed for the startup pattern. You can enter multiple pattern types for startup. Wildcards, file names, NEW key- word, ~ (Not) symbol can all be used. If you hit the ESC key while in the text field of Path Find, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 188 ------------------------------------------ New File Since XXX Days ------------------------------------------ This field holds the number of days back from todays current date that you consider files in the Dir Win new. Files that are NEW are highlighted with a different FILE DATE color. The File Since XX Days can range from 0 days (all files are old) to 365 days. ie. '2' inserted in this field will consider files as old as 2 days ago as new files and will highlight their FILE DATE in the Dir Win to let you know. You can use the keyword NEW in the Dir Win Pattern Box/MARK Window to show/mark all NEW files or ~NEW to show/mark all files but new files. The default is 0 days. If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 189 ------------------------------------------ Blanker Time ------------------------------------------ This field tells the number of minutes to wait without user action before 'dimming' the brightness of your monitor. This helps save the phosphors in your monitor. The time can be from 0 mins (no blanker) to 10 mins. To restore the screen back to its normal brightness level, just move the mouse or click the keyboard. If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 147 ------------------------------------------ Dir Buffering ------------------------------------------ Dir Buffering buffers any highlighted directories and files you may have, just before you enter a directory. If you return (Parent) back to the previous path with the highlighted directories and files, you will notice that these files are still highlighted. They were buffered thanks to the Dir Buffering button being ON (highlighted). The Dir Win Information Bar will show the Highlight Tally Size in the middle. You can continually highlight files and enter a new directory. Once ready, you can PARENT back (using the PARENT button) and you will see the highlighted files in each of the directories left behind. The Highlight Tally Size in the middle of the Dir Win Information Bar will show the proper highlighted files for the directory path. If you don't want dir buffering on, de- highlight the Dir Buffering Button. The default is for Dir Buffering ON. -EOF- 181 ------------------------------------------ Button Options Button ------------------------------------------ This button will pop up the Button Option Screen where you can edit/create/delete all your 64 Action/ 24 Drive buttons. -EOF- 182 ------------------------------------------ Icon Options Button ------------------------------------------ This button will pop up the Icon Option Screen where you can edit/create/delete all your icons. -EOF- 183 ------------------------------------------ ABORT Button ------------------------------------------ This button will cancel any operations done on this Option Screen using the settings it originally was using before they were altered. -EOF- 184 ------------------------------------------ SAVE Button ------------------------------------------ This button will SAVE all the changes you made on this Option Screen to disk. Bobby will use these exact configurations when it starts up again. This button DOES NOT save the data to disk however. You can hit the 'M' key or select the button with your left mouse button to turn on the MOVE button. The process of MOVING from this point is as follows: -You will be prompted for a button to MOVE. Select a Drive/Action Button: Drive Button - use your left mouse button Action Button - Use your left mouse button for any of the top 32 Buttons. Use your right mouse button for any of the bottom 32 Buttons. -Once you select a button, you will see the contents of that button displayed in the Button Option's Window. You will be prompted as to where to move the button to. Select the desired location on where to move to. + If you selected a Drive Button to move, use your left mouse button to choose the location. Make sure you stay within the 24 Drive Button field. + If you selected an Action Button to move, use your left mouse button to choose the top location or right mouse button to choose the bottom location. Select a: + Drive Button -Use your left mouse button to choose. + Action Button -Use your left mouse button to choose a top Action Button. Use your right mouse button to choose a bottom Action Button. - The contents of the selected button will appear in the Button Option's Win- dow. You will be told to CONFIRM the deletion by selecting DELETE or right mouse button on the BUTTON NAME field. (The button will be erased) To cancel the DELETE operation, hit the ESC key. -EOF- 137 ------------------------------------------ Quit Bobby On Execute ------------------------------------------ This button, if ON (highlighted), will remove Bobby from memory just before run- ning this Action Button, giving the executed program more memory to work with. Drive Button - You can enter the full directory path for the Drive Button. When clicked on in the Main Bobby Screen, the path typed here will be used by the Active Dir Win and the contents of this path will be shown in the Directory/ File Area. Action Button - You can enter the full path + filename for the Action Button to use to launch this program. To select ADD, you can hit the 'A' key or select it with you left mouse button. ADD will clear all fields and will expect new information about ICON NAME, COMMAND LINE PATH, ICON PICTURE to be entered. To confirm a new icon, right mouse click the ICON NAME field. On a successul ADD, the ICON COUNT (located just above the DONE button) will be incremented by 1 to let you know the total number of icons you have. To cancel this operation, hit the ESC key. -EOF- 197 ------------------------------------------ DELETE ------------------------------------------ DELETE helps you remove unwanted icons from the Icon Window. To select DELETE, hit the 'D' key or use your left mouse button on it. DELETE will prompt you for an icon to delete. Select an icon from your Icon Window; Use the Paging Arrows to the far right of the Icon Window to move from page 1 to 2. To confirm deletion, right mouse click the ICON NAME field or select the DELETE button again. The ICON COUNT (just above the DONE button) will decrement by 1 to let you know the number of icons you have. To confirm this icon picture, make sure you have data in the ICON NAME, COMMAND LINE fields. If ADD is up and all the fields: ICON NAME, COMMAND LINE, and ICON PICTURE have all been set, and you select DONE, the icon will be added into the Icon Window. -EOF- 80 ------------------------------------------ COPY/COPY AS ------------------------------------------ COPY - This 'built-in' Action Button will COPY all the highlighted files in your Active Dir Win (source window) to the non- Active Dir Win (target window). Make sure there is a path to copy from for the Active Dir Win and a path to copy to for the non-Active Dir Win. COPYAS - This button is exactly like COPY but it will prompt you for a new filename for each highlighted file. The file to be copied will be placed in the non-active (target window) dir win with its new filename. If the size of the highlighted files exceeds a removable medium (ie. 3.5: disk) Bobby will ask you for a new disk. -EOF- 81 ------------------------------------------ PARENT ------------------------------------------ As you know, you can enter new DIRECTORIES which lie in your present directory by double clicking their filenames. The path located in the Active Dir Win Path Box gets updated to reflect the new path. The PARENT button will take the path located in the Active Dir Win's Path Box and will move one directory back from that current path, parenting the path. ie. Your Active Dir Win Path Box shows path: C:\GAMES\NBA Selecting the PARENT button will move you to path: C:\GAMES Selecting the PARENT button again will move you to path: C:\ Everytime you PARENT back one directory, the new path's contents is shown in the DIRECTORY/FILE Area. -EOF- 82 ------------------------------------------ ALL ------------------------------------------ The ALL Button is for use with your active dir win. This button will highlight ALL the directories and files you have in the Active Dir Win. This button saves you (and your mouse button) time from having to highlight ALL the directories and files for this path. -EOF- 83 ------------------------------------------ MARK ------------------------------------------ MARK is a command which pops up a window to allow you to highlight certain files in the Active Dir Win. You can type wildcards,filenames, and/or the Bobby special keyword NEW. On enter in this window, MARK will go and highlight any files which match the patterns you typed in the MARK window. -EOF- 84 ------------------------------------------ NONE ------------------------------------------ The NONE Button is the opposite button to ALL. This button will DEHIGHLIGHT (unmark) all files you may have high- lighted in the Active Dir Win. -EOF- 85 ------------------------------------------ GETSIZE ------------------------------------------ The GETSIZE Button is specifically for directories. It is able to determine the actual size of a directory. The size is reported to you in the Active Dir Win. Directories contain may files and other directories within them. If you highlight a directory, the 'highlight tally size' in the Active Dir Win Information Bar will show a size of: + . This means the size is undetermined. To get a definite size for the directory, you simply highlight all the directories you'd like to know the definite size of and select this GETSIZE button. GETSIZE will determine the size for all high- lighted directories in the Active Dir Win. -EOF- 86 ------------------------------------------ RUN ------------------------------------------ The RUN Button will launch any highlighted non directory file(s). Make sure you highlight executable files for Bobby to RUN (.EXE, .COM, .BAT extension in filename). If you have a non-executable file, Bobby will report this to you and will not RUN the file. Before RUN actually executes the file(s), and Argument Window pops up. This window allows you to enter any arguments that the program to RUN may require. The Argument Window also has a button called "Quit Bobby On Execute". This button, if ON (highlighted), will remove Bobby from memory just before running the selected file, giving the executed program more memory to work with. If the button is OFF, Bobby will remain in memory while the program is being executed. If you get complaints about "Not Enough Memory" in the executed program, try turning ON the "Quit Bobby On Execute" button. -EOF- 88 ------------------------------------------ COPY SMART (COPYS) ------------------------------------------ The is the COPY SMART button. If you select this button, Bobby will use the COPY SMART process for copying all the highlighted files which you have in the Active Dir Win. COPY SMART is meant for copying 'onto' a removable medium such as 3.5" diskettes. This command differs from the COPY command in that it tries to copy the best fit files onto the removable medium. This helps you by packing each disk with the highlighted files so that you will be using less amount of disks. The files which go onto the disk depend on the amount of free space the disk has. ie. you have marked 2 files: FILE_A.exe 10,000 Bytes FILE_B.com 5,000 Bytes Your disk only has 6,500 Bytes free. COPY SMART will only copy FILE_B.com then it will prompt you for a new disk. If the size of the highlighted files exceeds a removable medium (ie. 3.5: disk) Bobby will ask you for a new disk. -EOF- 89 ------------------------------------------ MAKEDIR ------------------------------------------ MAKEDIR is the command to create a new directory for the current path being used for the Active Dir Win. The MAKEDIR window will pop up and you will be able to type in the name for the new directory. -EOF- 92 ------------------------------------------ HUNT ------------------------------------------ This command is used to bring up Bobby's File Hunt Window. Here, you can enter a file/directory name to hunt for anywhere on your hard drive/diskette. If HUNT could find a match, it will return the full path it found the file name in. The Active Dir Win will jump to this path and the file name will be 'highlighted' for you in this path. -EOF- 104 ------------------------------------------ DELETE/FORMAT ------------------------------------------ DELETE : The DELETE command takes all highlighted files in the 'Active Dir Win' and begins "deleting" them one by one. If the 'Delete Requestor' Option button was set to ON, the Delete Requestor will pop up before each deletion to confirm its removal. FORMAT : The FORMAT command pops up the FORMAT Window. You can format your 3.5" 720Kb/1.44Mb diskettes in here so they can be used on an MS-DOS machine. There are various settings you can set for the format in the FORMAT Window: + make bootable + give a disk name + True Format/Quick Format -EOF- 99 ------------------------------------------ MOVE/MOVEAS ------------------------------------------ MOVE : This button will copy all the highlighted files in the Active Dir Win to the Non-Active Dir Win. Once it has successully copied the file over to the Non-Active Dir Win, it will remove the file from the Active Dir Win. File(s) would have been "MOVED". MOVEAS :This button is exactly like the above MOVE button except this button pops up a window to allow you to enter the new file name for the moving file name. The new file name you enter will be the file name on the Non-Active Dir Win side. The Active Dir Win original file will be deleted. -EOF- 103 ------------------------------------------ VIEWTXT ------------------------------------------ This button will call the View Text Area to show all highlighted file names that you have in the Active Dir Win. Directories are ignored. The contents of the file will be shown in the View Screen of the View Text Area. The file will either be in ASCII or BINARY format. Information such as: + Number of pages for the file + Number of highlighted files + ASCII/BINARY Format display + Filename + size shown You will be able to use the SEARCH button to find items in the file once in the View Text Area. -EOF- 91 ------------------------------------------ RENAME ------------------------------------------ The RENAME command will take all the highlighted files you have in the Active Dir Win, and will, one at a time, ask you for the new filename. You will be able to enter the new filename in the RENAME window. -EOF- 93 ------------------------------------------ GETINFO ------------------------------------------ GETINFO is used on any highlighted file in the Active Dir Win. The command will report the 'attributes' about each high- lighted file. Attributes are bits of information the operating system (OS) uses. These bits tell the OS how the file should be handled. Attributes of GETINFO are: READ ONLY - Tells the OS that the file should be only READ and never deleted/written to. HIDDEN - The attribute which hides the file from a normal directory/file display. SYSTEM - The attribute which tells the OS that the file is a SYSTEM file. ie. IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS ARCHIVE - The attribute used by BACKUP programs to inform themselves that the file has already been backed up. If not set, the file has not been backed up. You can see the attributes and can set any of the attributes for the highlighted files. -EOF- 94 ------------------------------------------ SHOWPIC ------------------------------------------ SHOWPIC is used to show PCX/GIF picture file formats. The extension for these files is usually .PCX or .GIF . Highlighting these certain files in the Active Dir Win and selecting SHOWPIC will get Bobby to view these picture files. The SHOWPIC window will pop up and will report some information about the present- ly showing picture. 1. The picture format of the file is told (GIF/PCX file format). 2. The stored picture size resolution (ie. 320x200, 640x480, 1280x768). 3. The displaying resolution on your computer system for this picture (ie. 320x200, 640x480, 1280x768). If the size here is smaller than #2, the word [SCROLL] will appear following the resolution (you will be able to scroll around the picture with your cursor Up/Down/Left/Right keys or your mouse). 4. Top right under the file size will sometimes have the word VESA. This tells you that the picture is a high quality picture so it is using a higher quality display mode. You must have a SVGA card/monitor with the VESA driver running. By double clicking a .GIF or .PCX filename, Bobby will auto-SHOWPIC the file for you. -EOF- 95 ------------------------------------------ PLAYSND ------------------------------------------ PLAYSND will play the sounds of VOC/WAV format sound files. The files usually have the .VOC or .WAV extensions. The Active Dir Win's highlighted files will be used once the PLAYSND button is clicked. The PLAYSND window will pop up and will show some information about the playing sound file. 1. The file format for the file (VOC/WAV file format). 2. The Hertz (HZ) the sound file was recorded at 3. The duration for the sound playing in HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS 4. On the far right side will be an increasing fuel gauge as to the visual representation of how much of the playing is left. By double clicking a .VOC or .WAV filename, Bobby will auto-PLAYSND the file for you. -EOF- 96 ------------------------------------------ COPYDISK ------------------------------------------ COPYDISK is the command you use to copy the entire contents of one removable medium to another removable medium. ie. from 3.5" disk to 3.5" disk The COPYDISK command is useful if you would like to make backups of your favorite programs. If you only have 1 removable medium device, this command will buffer, if you have enough memory, the contents of the copied disk in memory so that you can do multiple copying without the disk swap- ping fuss. There is a VERIFY button here which if ON will make the copying slower but will ensure a proper copy of the original disk on the target disk. VERIFY OFF will not ensure a 100% copy (usually 90%+ accurate) but will be much quicker in its copying. Errors while copying are reported. -EOF- 111 ------------------------------------------ PRINT ------------------------------------------ The PRINT command will send to your attached printer the contents of the high- lighted files in the Active Dir Win one after the other. Each file will be printed out. -EOF- 110 ------------------------------------------ Your Action Button ------------------------------------------ This is the area for your Action Button. Action Buttons are buttons which perform a useful task, such as handle the high- lighted filenames of the Active Dir Win by passing them to an external program which you define, or just launch other external programs much like the icons in Icon Window. To create a new Action Button, go to the Button Options located in Options. -EOF- 234 ------------------------------------------ ARCHIVE Button ------------------------------------------ The Archive button is used to show/set the archive bit for the file name above. Some file back up programs set this bit to ON to let them know that this file has been BACKED UP and so there is no need to back the file up again until the archive bit is set to OFF again. You have the choice of changing this bit to ON (highlighted) or OFF. If the file name above is a directory name, and you set this bit, all the files within the directory will have the archive bit set to your selection. -EOF- 235 ------------------------------------------ READ ONLY Button ------------------------------------------ The Read Only button is used to show/set the read only bit for the file name above. When this button is ON (highlighted), the file name above can not be deleted or written to since this file has been set for READ ONLY operations. If OFF, the file name can be written to or deleted. This button can help protect important files from accidental deletion. If the file name above is a directory name, and you set this bit, all the files within the directory will have the read only bit set to your selection. -EOF- 236 ------------------------------------------ HIDE Button ------------------------------------------ This HIDE button is used to visually hide the file name above from normal directory displays. If ON (highlighted), the file name above will disappear from normal visual display of the current path. The file is just invisible, not deleted. You can do any normal operation on this hidden file name as long as you remember the 'file name'. If this button is OFF, the file will become visible again appearing in your normal directory display. If the file name above is a directory name, setting this button to ON will hide the directory name but not the files inside of it. The directory name will not be visible in a normal directory display but the files within it will still be visible. The special keyword: HID can be used in the Dir Win Pattern Box to display all hidden files and directories. -EOF- 237 ------------------------------------------ SYSTEM Button ------------------------------------------ The System button is used to show/set the system bit for the file name above. Files such as IO.SYS and MSDOS.SYS are system files which DOS uses. Files with this bit ON will be hidden from view. This parameter is very useless since it seems to be a duplicate of the HIDDEN button. -EOF- 238 ------------------------------------------ ABORT ------------------------------------------ The Abort button will quit out from this window and place you back on the main Bobby screen. Any bits changed for the present file name will not be set. All changes made to previous file names will remain as they were. If you have multiple files highlighted, the stream of new file names will stop. You will be placed back on Bobby's main screen. -EOF- 239 ------------------------------------------ DONE ------------------------------------------ Done confirms any changes made to this file name. The bits set will all be stored for the above file name. If you have multiple files highlighted, the next file will appear in the window showing its set bits. -EOF- 271 ------------------------------------------ File Name Input Field ------------------------------------------ This field shows you the current file name that Bobby is going to use. You can change the file name in here to some other preferred name. Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 272 ------------------------------------------ ABORT ------------------------------------------ This button will close down this operation's window and return you to the main screen. ABORT cancels any further operations. So if multiple files are highlighted, this operation will not occur on them including the present file name that we are being shown. Actions that have already been DONE on previous files will 'remain' the same way. -EOF- 273 ------------------------------------------ DONE ------------------------------------------ DONE confirms the operation for this file name. The action is immediately taken on this and only this file name. -EOF- 266 ------------------------------------------ Source Drive ------------------------------------------ Highlighting one of the drives shown here will tell Bobby which disk drive you want as your source for the Copy Disk operation. Select the drive you want as your source by using your left mouse button on the drive name A: or B: Bobby will understand which drive you want by highlighting it. Copy Disk will be copying data FROM (reading) this set drive. -EOF- 267 ------------------------------------------ Target Drive ------------------------------------------ Highlighting one of the drives shown here will tell Bobby which disk drive you want as your target for the Copy Disk operation. Select the drive you want as your target by using your left mouse button on the drive name A: or B: Bobby will understand which drive you want by highlighting it. Copy Disk will be copying data TO (writing) this set drive. -EOF- 268 ------------------------------------------ VERIFY ------------------------------------------ If this button is ON (highlighted), the data copied from the source drive to the target drive will be verified. This will make sure the data on both drives is the same. Since each track copied must be checked (verified), copying will be slower with this button ON. If this button is OFF, copying will be quicker since the data on the source and target will not be verified. If any errors occur during copying, you will be informed. -EOF- 261 ------------------------------------------ Make It A Bootable Disk ------------------------------------------ This button, if ON (highlighted), will inform Bobby to make this disk bootable. You will be able to reset your computer and run from this disk since it has the necessary information to launch itself. This will use some disk space on the newly formatted diskette and will require a few seconds to install the neccessary information. -EOF- 262 ------------------------------------------ Volume Label Name ------------------------------------------ You can insert a name for your formatted disk here (Volume Label). Some people do this as an added identifier of what disk is what when they directorize their disk. ie Disk A Be default, Bobby inserts the name EMPTY for your formatted disk name. If you prefer to have no name entered, simply clear the text field. Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 258 ------------------------------------------ Format Which Drive ------------------------------------------ You can select the drive you would like to erase by selecting, with your left mouse button, on the drive name A: or B: Bobby will let you know it understands by highlighting the drive you selected. Once formatting begins, the drive selected here will be formatted. -EOF- 400 ------------------------------------------ Path Find Disk ------------------------------------------ The Path Find Disk pops up the Path Find directory window. You can go hunting through any directory with Path Find as you would with the main screen Dir Wins. This is here for you to view the selected drive's diskette contents before format- ting it. If you can view the contents of the disk here, chances are, you can use the QUICK format button to format the disk. If there is a problem in showing the contents of the disk, chances are, you'll have to use the FORMAT button to format the disk. -EOF- 263 ------------------------------------------ FORMAT ------------------------------------------ Selecting this button will tell Bobby that you are ready to erase the diskette in the selected drive. Bobby will use the information you set in the FORMAT Window. Bobby will then call the FORMAT command and your diskette will be formatted. This button is the 'true formatter'. It takes around 1 minute to totally erase the diskette. Use this button if you are formatting a disk with many errors or is unformatted for MS-DOS. While the formatting is occurring, you can canel the operation by hitting the CTRL-C or CTRL-BREAK key. You will be returned to the Format Window. -EOF- 264 ------------------------------------------ QUICK Format ------------------------------------------ Selecting this button will tell Bobby that you are ready to erase the diskette in the selected drive. Bobby will use the information you set in the FORMAT Window. Bobby will then call the FORMAT command and your diskette will be formatted. This button is the 'quick formatter'. It takes around 10 seconds to erase the disk- ette. Use this button if you are formatting a disk which has no errors and has already been formatted for MS-DOS. If the disk doesn't meet these 2 require- ments, you must use the FORMAT button. -EOF- 265 ------------------------------------------ CANCEL ------------------------------------------ This button simply quits out of this Format Window and returns back to the previous window. -EOF- 247 ------------------------------------------ CREATE ------------------------------------------ This button is selected by you to confirm the new directory name about to be created. On selection, the new directory name will be CREATED and will appear in your Active Dir Win. -EOF- 254 ------------------------------------------ Argument Field ------------------------------------------ This field allows you to enter any required arguments the about to launch program will need. Arguments are parameters which follow the file name of the program which the program sometimes uses to set some information inside itself. ie. C:\DOS\EDIT.COM c:\docs\test.doc |----------------| | This is the argument you can type to get EDIT to load up the text file TEST.DOC Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field + Shift -> (Shift-Cursor Right) - this key helps you type in a path faster. By typing in some of the directory path and hitting this special key, Bobby will try to fill in the correct directory name for you. ie. before: C:\HI\TH [Shift ->] after: C:\HI\THERE If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 253 ------------------------------------------ Quit Bobby On Execute ------------------------------------------ This button, if ON (highlighted), will remove Bobby from memory just before run- ning the file, giving the executed program more memory to work with. If the button is OFF, Bobby will remain in memory while the program is being executed. If you get complaints about "Not Enough Memory" in the executed program, try turning ON this button. -EOF- 256 ------------------------------------------ RUN ------------------------------------------ This button tells Bobby you are set to launch this file name. The arguments typed in the Argument Text Field (if any) will be passed to the file name. The Quit Bobby On Execute button setting will be noted and handled appropriately. The file name will be launched. -EOF- 401 ------------------------------------------ MARK ------------------------------------------ This button tells Bobby to begin high- lighting matched files using what you typed in the text field as its patterns to highlight. The patterns you typed are used on the Active Dir Win. If at least 1 file was highlighted, you will see it appear in the Active Dir Win as highlighted. If there was no match for all the patterns typed in the text field, you will be informed. -EOF- 619 ------------------------------------------ MARK Text Field ------------------------------------------ This field allows you to enter all the patterns you would like to highlight in the Active Dir Win. You can enter one pattern or multiple patterns (separated by a space or comma) in this text field. The patterns can be: + Wildcards : a*.*, b*.exe, xy???.com + File names: TESTDIR [Directory] File1.exe [File] + Keyword : NEW - This will indicates to Bobby that you wish to highlight NEW files (what is consid- ered NEW is determined by you in Option's NEW FILE SINCE XXX Days field). You are also allowed use the ~ symbol (NOT) infront of the above patterns. This will indicate that you wish to mark all files but the following pattern. Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 232 ------------------------------------------ FILE HUNT Text Field ------------------------------------------ This field accepts the file name which you would like hunt for. It accepts fully spelled diretory/file names. ie. GAMES [directory] File1.exe [file] Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 233 ------------------------------------------ FILE HUNT Starting Path Field ------------------------------------------ This field accepts the starting path for where FILE HUNT will 'begin' its search. Only enter a path name (with no filenames) in this field. If FILE HUNT finds no match in this starting path for your file name entered in the above text field, it will continue its search through all the other directories on this hard drive/ diskette. Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field + Shift -> (Shift-Cursor Right) - this key helps you type in a path faster. By typing in some of the directory path and hitting this special key, Bobby will try to fill in the correct directory name for you. ie. before: C:\HI\TH [Shift ->] after: C:\HI\THERE If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 230 ------------------------------------------ HUNT ------------------------------------------ This button tells Bobby to begin the file hunting. Bobby will use the Starting Path Field's path for the directory on where to begin the searh in and will use the Text Field's file/directory name to match with. Once a match is found, you will be informed of the match and will automagic- ally be placed in the path of where Bobby found the match; The Active Dir Win will show this found path. As bonus, the file/directory name that you entered in will be highlighted for you in the Active Dir Win so that you can begin any operation on it. -EOF- 999 ------------------------------------------ DONE ------------------------------------------ Selecting this button will close down this window and return you to the Bobby main screen. -EOF- 307 ------------------------------------------ SEARCH Text Field ------------------------------------------ This field allows you to enter any word or sentence that you would like to search for in the present file being viewed. Some special keys which you can use are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the text field + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the text field + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the text field If you hit the ESC key while in the text field, this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field. -EOF- 310 ------------------------------------------ WHOLE WORD Search ------------------------------------------ When this button is ON (highlighted), search will be looking for the word/ sentence that was typed in the Text Field in a special way. The word/sentence must be surrounded by any of the following characters: \ - ! { , } [ . ] / " ( ) : ; ? (space) If search could find a word/sentence that was incased between any two of the above characters, a match will be found. If Whole Word is OFF, search will find a match with 'any' occurence of the word/ sentence in the file. -EOF- 277 ------------------------------------------ UPPERCASE==lowercase ------------------------------------------ When this button is ON, search will treat the casing you typed in the Text Field to be irrelvant to the casing in the file. Therefore, you can type in uppercase or lowercase in the Text Field and still find a match in the file which has, lets say, all uppercase. If the button is OFF, casing will be important. ie. The file has the word: (Basketball) which you are looking for. You must type in the word as you see it in the file. -So typing: (basketball) would be incorrect! Typing: (Basketball) would be correct. -EOF- 278 ------------------------------------------ Search From Current Position ------------------------------------------ This button, if ON (highlighted), will tell Bobby to start searching from the current position of the screen. The file presently being viewed can be searched from certain positions: 1) The very first line, first character of the file (FORWARD Direction) 2) The first line, first character of what is presently 'shown' on the screen. If you scroll down to page 2, the first line, first character will be line: 89 character: 1. (FORWARD Direction) 3) The very last line, last character of the file (BACKWARD Direction) 4) The last line, last character of what is presently 'shown' on the screen. If you scroll down to page 2, the last line, last character will be line: 132 character: 80. (BACKWARD Direction) Setting the Search From Current Position to ON will cause Bobby to start searches as #2 or #4 (above) mentions. ie. If you set the direction to FORWARD, then the current position is the first line, first character of this screen. If you set the direction to BACKWARD, then the current position will be the last line, last character on this screen. If this button is OFF, searching will always start from the extreme top (if the direction is FORWARD) or extreme bottom (if the direction is BACKWARD) as #1 or #3 (above) mentions. -EOF- 308 ------------------------------------------ FORWARD/BACKWARD ------------------------------------------ These buttons tell Bobby the direction you will be searching in. If the FORWARD button is highlighted, the direction will be from top to bottom for the search. If the BACKWARD button is highlighted, the direction will be from bottom to top for the search. The starting searching position will be determined from the settings you had in the Search Window. The file presently being viewed will be searched from certain positions: 1) The very first line, first character of the file + FORWARD Direction + Search From Current Position OFF 2) The first line, first character of what is presently 'shown' on the screen. If you scroll down to page 2, the first line, first character will be line: 89 character: 1. + FORWARD Direction + Search From Current Position ON 3) The very last line, last character of the file + BACKWARD Direction + Search From Current Position OFF 4) The last line, last character of what is presently 'shown' on the screen. If you scroll down to page 2, the last line, last character will be line: 132 character: 80. + FORWARD Direction + Search From Current Position ON If a match was found, you will see your your requested text 'highlighted' in the View Text Area. If no match was found, you will be informed. -EOF- 306 ------------------------------------------ NEXT ------------------------------------------ You can tell Bobby to continue finding matches for the current text in the Text Field by simply clicking this button. Bobby will 'continue' from where it found the previous match and will look for the next match going in the direction set by you. If the text you entered in the Text Field is matched again, the location it was found at in the file will be high- lighted. Altering the direction and selecting NEXT will cause Bobby to continue the search in that direction. Changing the 'WHOLE WORD' and/or casing setting will cause Bobby to treat the NEXT search and match differently; Changing the 'Search From Current Position' button will cause no effect on the NEXT search. Once no more matches are found, you will be informed. -EOF- 279 ------------------------------------------ ABORT ------------------------------------------ This button will close down the Search Window returning you to the View Text Area. All settings set in the Search Window will be the same when you decide to return. -EOF- 304 ------------------------------------------ SEARCH Button ------------------------------------------ This button brings up the Search Window. The Search Window will help you search through the presently showing file in the View Text Area for a match of text you entered for it to look for. A letter, word, or sentence can be used as the text to search for. The features of the Search Window are: + Whole Word [On/Off] search + Uppercase==Lowercase [On/Off] match up + Forward/Backward Directional search + Search From Current Position or Very Top/Bottom + Next continuation search A match is highlighted in the View Text Area. No matches are immediately reported. -EOF- 302 ------------------------------------------ EXIT Button ------------------------------------------ This button will close down the View Text screen and send you back to the previous screen from where you came. -EOF- 305 ------------------------------------------ DONE/NEXT Button ------------------------------------------ Selecting this button will tell Bobby that you are through with this file. If there are any more marked files, they will be viewed next, otherwise, you will be returned to the previous screen from where you came. -EOF- 303 ------------------------------------------ View Text Area Scroll Bar ------------------------------------------ This scroll bar, when clicked and dragged by the left mouse button, will scroll the contents of the View Screen (View Text Area on the left). Scrolling of this scroll bar is available only when the scroll bar is smaller than the set area for it. There are Up/Down Arrows near the bottom of the scroll bar. You can left mouse click them to scroll the bar up/down as well. A little trick to move the scroll bar up/ down is to position your mouse cursor in the bottom half or top half of the View Text Area and click your right mouse button. The scroll bar will move up/down as long as you hold your mouse button. You can also use the keyboard keys: + Page Up : to jump a full screen up from your current pos + Page Down: to jump a full screen down from your cur- ent pos + Cursor Up: to scroll 1 file name up + Cursor Down: to scroll 1 file name down + HOME : to go to the very top of the text file + END : to go to the very bottom of the text file -EOF- 281 ------------------------------------------ Path Find Scroll Bar ------------------------------------------ This scroll bar, when clicked and dragged by the left mouse button, will scroll through the Directories/Files which Path Find has in it. Scrolling of this scroll bar is available only when the Path Find Directory/File Area file count exceeds 16 files. You will know this right away when the scroll bar is smaller than the set area for it. There are Up/Down Arrows near the bottom of the scroll bar. You can left mouse click them to scroll the bar up/down as well. You can also use the keyboard keys: + Cursor Up: to scroll 1 file name up + Cursor Down: to scroll 1 file name down -EOF- 285 ------------------------------------------ Directories/Files Area Of Path Find ------------------------------------------ This area is the Path Find Directory/Files Area. These files are all obtained from the directory belonging to the path found in the Path Find Path Box below. Under the heading FILES, the directory names & file names belonging to the path are placed here. Directories are presented as file names with all capital letters and a small directory icon to the right of the file name. Regular non-directory file names are presented with the first letter being in caps and the rest lower cased. Under the heading FILE SIZE, the sizes for the adjacent directory/file name are placed here. The sizes are in bytes. If you double click a DIRECTORY name, you will enter that DIRECTORY and be shown the contents of it. The path in the Path Find Path Box will show the new path. You can use the PARENT button to return back to the previous directory path leaving the directory you entered. If you double click a file name, Path Find will auto-close down and will insert this full path + file name into the affiliated command line field. You can select any file or directory by simply left mouse clicking it 1 time. You will see the full path (+ file name) in the Path Box. Select the DONE button to: close down the Path Find Window and insert the full path (+ file name) into the affiliated command line field. -EOF- 301 ------------------------------------------ Play Sound (Hear) button ------------------------------------------ This button will play the current file name that is in the path field to the right of this button. The sound must be a VOC/WAV sound file otherwise this button will not play it. -EOF- 284 ------------------------------------------ DONE ------------------------------------------ Selecting this button will close down the Path Find Window. Use this once you have finished selecting the path (+ file name) that you were look- ing for. The path (+ file name) you selected will be passed and inserted into the adjacent command line field. -EOF- 283 ------------------------------------------ PARENT ------------------------------------------ This button takes the path that you have in the Path Box Field (above) and will try to move one directory back from the current path. Thus, parenting back one directory ie. before: C:\PROGRAM\WORD [select the parent button] after : C:\PROGRAM The 'after' shows the new path that you'd be in after parenting; one directory back from before. The Path Find Directory/File Area will show the contents for this new path right away. -EOF- 282 ------------------------------------------ Path Find Path Box ------------------------------------------ You are presented with the current path of the Path Finder in here with the contents of the path always being shown above in the Directory/File Area. You can use your mouse to click into this zone to enter a new path for the Path Finder. You can also use the special 'shift ->' (Shift-Cursor Right) keys to help you type in a path faster. By typing in some of the directory path and hitting this special key, Bobby will try to fill in the correct directory name for you. ie. before: C:\HI\TH [Shift ->] after: C:\HI\THERE Other special keys are: + Shift <- (Shift-Cursor Left) - this will clear the Path Box + HOME - this will place your cursor on the first character in the Path Box + END - this will place your cursor on the last character in the Path Box + Cursor Up/Down - this will scroll through the history of paths that have appeared in the Path Box. (Hit enter on the desired path to use) + ESC - this will replace back the old data that was in the field just before exiting out the field On enter, the path you entered in will be loaded/sorted and quickly the directories/ files will appear in the Directory/Files Area above. -EOF- 270 ------------------------------------------ COPY ------------------------------------------ If this button is selected, Bobby will commence the copying of the data contained on the diskette in the source drive to the target drive. You will be prompted to insert your source/target diskette when they are required if swapping of disks is neccessary. -EOF- 259 ------------------------------------------ Disk Size ------------------------------------------ In this area you select, with your left mouse button, the size of the disk we will be formatting. 3.5" disk usuage is assumed. It is important that you select the correct size. You can tell the difference between a 720Kb and a 1.44Mb diskette by: + look for the upside-down acronym: HD on the lower left side of the disk + look for 2 square holes on the left and right side of the disk If your disk matches with the above descriptions, the disk is most likely capable of 1.44Mb. Select 1.44Mb from the Disk Size field. If your disk does not match with the above descriptions, it is best to choose the 720Kb. The Disk size highlighted is the size that the disk will be formatted to. -EOF- 248 ------------------------------------------ FORMAT ------------------------------------------ This button will call the FORMAT command to format the new disk before we copy onto it. Formatting won't begin until you set the parameters of the format, so there is no need to worry about clicking this button and it autoformatting instantly. This button really makes life easier in that if the disk change window pops up (like now), you can pull out any disk you have and go check the contents of it in the format area. And if it requires formatting, you can do so. When you are ready with the proper disk, you can return to the disk change window to continue your 300 file copying (for example). There is no need to stop your productivness. -EOF- 250 ------------------------------------------ CONTINUE ------------------------------------------ This button simply continues on from where it left off. This button can be used by the Disk Change Window, Copy Disk Window. -EOF- 269 ------------------------------------------ ABORT ------------------------------------------ This button will close down the oper- ations window. The operation will not occur and you will be returned to the Bobby main screen. -EOF- 231 ------------------------------------------ DONE ------------------------------------------ This button will close down File Hunt's window. The hunting action will not occur and you will be placed back on the Bobby main screen. -EOF-
